The venue was immaculately clean and the staff were useful. The room was functional and nicely decorated with a double bed🙂

Great and perfect location close to kooryong park. Near Jordan subway station, all the stations and shopping malls and metro and harbor and airport express train. The generally clean and trendy room with its exceptionally comfortable beds.

A Nice Stay with Great Convenience!

Enjoyed my time here as a solo traveler with fantastic local dining options nearby. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. Be sure to explore the market just steps away!

Location, accessibility, value for money.

More of a suggestion: offer up a bit of a discount on meals to your clients... like say, a 10% discount on breakfast or lunch buffet. That would encourage them to eat at the hotel instead of going out.

its central and easy getting around HK

the room is rather small & crammed. the room rates were higher at point of payment in HK as compared to the amount displayed on the website.

Room is clean and the loaction is excellent.

The check-in staff spoke excellent English, was very helpful, friendly and attentive despite the noise level due to the large loud groups in the lobby. Checkout was equally pleasant, quick and efficient. Very good value for money and room was of good size on non smoking floor with double bed as per our request We were given harbour view despite booking a city view room and welcome drink vouchers- what lovely surprises! The location could not be better - it's near Temple St and lots of shops, street markets, restaurants all around, with convenient public transport and within walking distance to Nathan Road, the harbour and other interesting places There's even a bus terminus at the rear of the hotel to get to the airport & China!

Breakfast was expensive but at the basement level there is a reasonably good Chinese Restaurant which serves decent dim sum for 2 less than the price of 1 breakfast at the hotel restaurant! There are also lots of small eating establishments offering delicious different ethnic cuisines at very affordable prices. Staff at the bar was indifferent as was the service

Excellent location, in the middle of Kowloon shopping district, close to Nathan rd, close to two MRT stations. Nice view of city/harbour

Wrong room/bed upon arrival, couldn't change till next day (though staff handled it professionally) Rooms small (though I believe normal by HK standards)

It's very close to the MTR, fastfood shops, several tourist attractions, nightlife and shopping. The staff are friendly and patient. Across the hotel you have nearby food sources (Cafe de Coral, 7-11, Mcdonalds, KFC, etc). It has 3 MTR stations nearby to choose from: Jordan, Austin, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Across the hotel you can walk to the famous Temple street night market, some blocks away is Nathan road (which leads to either Mong Kok shopping district or Tsim Sha Tsui shopping/tourist area). Beside it is the Kowloon park and the TST police station. For beer/pub lovers, Knutsford terrace is quite near,~500m frm Austin; take the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit B1, then walk towards Kimberley road, behind "The One" mall (google maps for more info)

Great location, superb staff.

Close to the local shops and the traffic.

I booked with the large double bed for my family but only got a less than 4' width double bed and a very small washroom.

The location is excellent and the service is superb

I had a fantastic stay, especially loved the varied breakfast options, where I enjoyed the perfect scrambled eggs and pancakes. The panoramic harbour views from my room were breathtaking. The seamless check-in made everything easier. I would definitely choose this place again!

Great service rendered from your hotel staff; very professional indeed.

I think the breakfast food is gear mainly to the western taste bud; next time we visit your hotel we will certainly skip the food and eat at the local restaurants instead. No offence intended.

I liked that one of the reception staff did all he can to find the telephone number of a small, new boutique hotel that didn't have its number listed yet. We were able to contact the hotel and the guest we were looking for in no time at all.

BP should offer free WiFi or even just wired in-room broadband access to guests
